Body movement
The body movements, accompanied by deep breathing, help us to keep our body strong and flexible and to release any blockages that may exist. We feel muscles that we have rarely used so far due to our mostly habitual physical activities and appreciate every aspect of it.

Meditation
The relaxation phases are about being a mindful observer of the body, such as feeling the subtle movements of the breath, how thoughts come and go, how inner images emerge at times, which give rise to the most diverse feelings in us, touch us.
